1 – GENERAL CONDITIONS

2 - SALES PRICES
All prices of our products are for sale including Value Added Tax (VAT).
Shipping costs are excluded, which will be added to the total amount when completing the order.
Product prices may be subject to update and modification. The user must verify the final sale price before submitting the order.
Payment for the order will always be made in euros regardless of the delivery address.

The prices listed on this website do not include customs fees, taxes or duties. 2.1 – PAYMENT METHODS
Payments will be made in cash, through the following payment systems:

3 Transfer
Upon receiving the transfer at our bank, the order will be validated. Transfer costs are the responsibility of the customer, and are not deductible from the purchase amount.

3 - ORDERS

4 - PAYMENTS – MONITORING AND MANAGEMENT OF ORDERS

Orders will be confirmed by CORSE MOTORSPORT by email upon receipt of payment to the email address indicated by the customer.
Stocks are updated upon receipt of payments.
In case of past orders and paid twice, one of them will be credited, in case the customer requests a refund, 5% will be deducted from the amount for bank charges.
The customer can pay for their order according to the methods indicated above as well as on our website. At the end of your order and depending on the payment method selected, you will find its operating mode.
CORSE MOTORSPORT SL reserves the right to delete any order for which payment has not been received.
It is up to the buyer to contact the seller to track their order.
Orders will remain visible on our website “in preparation” until they are shipped by the chosen transport company.
5 - DELIVERY TIME
CORSE MOTORSPORT SL will make every effort to send the merchandise to the buyer as soon as possible, however it cannot commit to a strict delivery time and this cannot under any circumstances give rise to damages or refund of the order in process.
The shipping time is given indicatively based on our stocks and availability.
Orders will be delivered within a maximum period of 5 business days from the date of shipment from our warehouses.
The customer is solely responsible for a delivery failure due to a lack of information during the order.
After 30 days after the indicative delivery date, the sale may be canceled upon written request from the customer. The sums paid by the client will be returned no later than 14 days following the contract termination dates, excluding any compensation or withholding.
6. MODIFICATION OF AN ORDER
Requests to modify an order may only be taken into consideration by CORSE MOTORSPORT SL to the limit of its possibilities and with the condition that they are notified via our contact form, before being sent.
7 - TRANSPORTATION
The information provided by the buyer in his order binds him: in the event of an error in the shipping address, CORSE MOTORSPORT SL cannot be held responsible for the carrier's inability to deliver the package.
The buyer must contact the transport company directly to communicate all necessary information if they have not received their package within 48 hours.

The delivery time of the transport company is 5 business days (except extreme cases, see above, incomplete or incorrect address or telephone number).
Depending on the transport company, two to three delivery attempts are usually made; if the package is not delivered within that period, it will be returned to us. Given that the customer is informed by email of the shipment of the package as well as its tracking number, if the package comes back to us, the return and reshipping costs will be borne by the buyer and will be calculated according to the weight of the package. .
If the customer rejects the package without reason, when we receive it back the order amount will be credited after having deducted shipping and return costs as well as a 5% management fee.
The Customer is obliged to check the condition of the products. 8 – RETURNS
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT OUR PRIOR AGREEMENT AND WITHIN A MAXIMUM OF 14 CALENDAR DAYS AFTER THE DATE OF PURCHASE.
Excluded from this are all articles that have been:
1 Opened from its original packaging.
2 Modified.
3 Damaged
4 Used
The withdrawal period will expire 14 calendar days after the client acquired material possession of the last of those goods.

CONSEQUENCES OF WITHDRAWAL
In case of withdrawal on your part, we will return the payments received from you by means of a voucher associated with your account, without any undue delay, in any case, no later than 14 days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods.
The refund will be made provided that:
The withdrawal is communicated before the order has been shipped.
Wrong items are sent by CORSE MOTORSPORT SL
The items sent are defective.
You must return or deliver the goods to us directly, without any undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which you communicate your decision to withdraw from the contract. The deadline will be considered met if you return the goods before said deadline has expired. CORSE MOTORSPORT SL cannot be responsible for the shipment of a non-conforming item.
In case of error on the part of the customer, the round trip costs will be borne by them if CORSE MOTORSPORT accepts the return.
The piece must be returned complete and with its original packaging, everything well packaged and the sender's address must be clearly legible on the package.
Competition material is not exchanged or refunded if it corresponds to the customer's order.
9 - WARRANTY
As a guarantee, the seller's only obligation will be the free exchange or repair of the product or element recognized as defective by the manufacturer. Damage caused to other parts of the engine as a result of the breakage or defect of said part is not subject to compensation.
Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, however CORSE MOTORSPORT SL will bear the reshipping costs even if it is a manufacturing defect.
Out of warranty : Defects or deterioration caused by natural use or accident (erroneous assembly, disassembly, faulty maintenance, abnormal use, poor adjustments) or modification of the product that is not foreseen by the manufacturer are excluded from the warranty.
Likewise, the warranty does not apply to apparent defects.
Non-approved parts reserved for exclusive use in competition do not benefit from any guarantee due to their extreme use.
10 - APPLICABLE LAWS AND LITIGATION
Caution: all objects presented on this page must be verified in terms of current legislation in your country.
The withdrawal period does not apply to personalized orders (motorcycle brand, year...)
The competent Court in case of dispute or litigation is that of Barcelona.
11 - PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
